“The workshop is intended to explore our personal relationship to racism. Our personal relationship is undoubtedly evident in our choices and our influence professionally. These workshops help individuals, groups, businesses, educational entities’ explore and ALIGN their INTENTION in regards to Race, Equity and Inclusion to their personal, professional and societal IMPACT. “
This workshop will be led by Ayisha Elliott who was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon and has been working extensively with the staff at the U of O, Food For Lane County and a number of other large organizations in Eugene to help bring the topics of equity and inclusion into the workplace and move towards a more equitable future for all.
